....1 last night and 1 this morning neither of which have arrived in my email. Any ideas why?

I assumed the system was automated.

One would think but perhaps there is some manual approval required or something. They do say you can contact them on Twitter if it's an emergency.

I am, Junior wants to come so had to buy a random ticket so she can squeeze in between me and my pal. Ended up with 2 due to geing old and easily confused when the first one didn't show up!
