Agreed. Good film
I had to force myself to go in with an open mind. The Dark Knight trilogy is up there with my favourite films and didn't think anything else would get near the Christopher Nolan take on BM.

Yeah 'tis OK. Didn't see a lot of RPatz as Bruce Wayne. They could have done with trimming at least 20 mins fat off the run time. I like that this version is more down to earth in terms of the tech and vehicles.
So gets a strong pass from me, although I still think Batman Begins remains the standard to beat. |  |

as a pure Batman film,feeling, visuals, Batman Begins is very good but i would argue the Gotham in The Batman feels like no other Gotham we've seen in films. The Dark Knight is the best film though, that stands the test of time. | | | |
