Kyrgios's mother has said that her son would probably be dead now were it not for Andy Murray. Murray noticed that Kyrgios had been self-harming, and informed the mother and a few other people who would be able to help Nick.

I wasn't aware of all that, but as I don't follow tennis it's not a surprise.
It's obvious he's a hugely talented chap, and his passion and frustration are out of control at times apparently.
Djokovic was asked in an interview, either yesterday or Friday, what he was expecting from his opponent and he smiled when he said he was under no illusions that he could be colourful, or words to that effect.
Thought Djokovic handled the afternoon extremely professionally.

Australians really really dislike Djokovic - even more so after the BS he came up with to try and get round the vaccination requirements earlier this year.
Most of my Australian colleagues wanted Djokovic to win - tells you all you need to know with how Kyrgios is regarded over here - he's seen by many as a national embarrassment. | | | |
