I think we need to cut the club some slack on this.
They know catering was rubbish. Since COVID there is an international shortage of staff in lots of areas especially low paid areas NOTE i did not say low skilled. No doubt with shipping costs as they are new equipment is a struggle to get as well. I arrived early, went to the fanzone no queue the beer was cold and all was good.
I think we need to work with the club, avoid peak times, be prepared to wait and understand if you are being served by someone serving their first ever pint.
