I need to resolve an issue with my Barclaycard very urgently. Chat in the Barclaycard app is the only contact option available but on the iPhone app choosing Contact us>Chat from the Help page opens a pop up saying that Chat has been made easier but the ‘Got it’ button doesn’t dismiss the pop up so start a new chat is inactive!! Could anyone with the app please see if they can reproduce this to confirm it’s not just on my phone.

It works for me when I click proceed to chat.

I have app version 7.12 if that helps.

My app version is 7.12.6 and I don’t see Proceed to Chat just Start a new Chat which is disabled because of the pop up that won’t clear.

Have you tried closing the app to refresh it? If you're not sure how to do that, turn the phone off and on again.
