I like the idea that "These were payments for an overseas shared values children's project." Imagine the disappointment in some far flung place when a Norwich rag of a shirt, mug and key ring came out of the box.

I wonder where the rubbish actually went? I’ve seen one on eBay for 99p plus £3.35 pp. you don’t think do you?
