If we can get through this blip and injury-era, and still pick up points it’s not the complete end of the world. Feels like it right now and it’s asking a lot for injured players to come straight back in and make a difference. I mentioned elsewhere, but given our huge number of injuries, and how threadbare our midfield and attack options are, it's going to be a slog to get through December in decent shape. Bringing on Jackson and Ahadme to try and see the game out meant the ball just never stuck - John Jules and Aluko, as a possible alternative, would have seen a much more comfortable end of the game.

January really can't come soon enough.

Yeah, I'm fairly confident we'll be set up in a good way to have a good 2nd half of the season, as frustrating as things have been recently.

Tonight for example McKenna absolutely would have brought on (or started) the likes of Aluko, TJJ, Evans, Ball if he could have done.

Just need to get through December ok then the cavalry will hopefully arrive in January to get us firing on all cylinders again.
