No. It is their H&S certificate which limits these number.

I'm looking at signing up to silver membership for myself and junior blues for my lad. The junior blues blurb doesn't mention priority for away tickets though. Does anyone know if it does? I'd like to get tickets for us both at the same time

Yes the blurb doesn't mention away tickets, but the membership letter includes this in the benefits:

Priority purchase period on home and away tickets.**

** Priority purchase on home matches (up to 3 tickets) and away (only 1 ticket) matches.
