Wrong selection, tactics, speed of play and even the commentators were wrong in their assessment. Kane thought we were putting them under sustained pressure in the first half.
It's like we have forgotten how to run with the ball, pass make a tackle, shoot and defend.
Why was our top scorer on the bench, why was our best player from Saturday on the bench. Why did we go with one up front when playing against 451 formation. Why were we playing a 19 yr old in a packed midfield.

Run away from Adversity....wait 5.....pass the ball sideways
Too ponderous in build up, too many players with no desire or intent to take a chance shot at goal. Tactically plan B is more of plan A peppered by the odd lump aimlessly forward. Just have to face facts, we are just not good enough in this Godawful league. | |
