But last couple of games we've been prepared to go more direct into Hirst. Either long or try go over the top. Think that'll be key when trying to beat these sides who sit in with every man behind the ball and think Hirst provides that option in behind which we've missed
Yes, but just the last two games either: the early corner against Morecombe was faced by a good long ball forward as was the free kick Broadhead scored from against Wednesday. We’re definitely mixing play up a bit more now.
I think that's one thing we need to add to our game, although it's not terribly effective if a side has already sat really deep, and can crowd him out.
What's more important is a lot more of what Morsy did yesterday, i.e. the midfielders or even the likes of Woolfy stepping up into spaces in front of a deep defence and unloading from outside the box. With the forwards following up a bit more than we seem to do at the moment.
