I think he is only going to get better and better. The striking difference between him and Ladapo is his football brain imo. He seems a really intelligent player who will thrive under the expert coaching of McKenna. I love that KM identifies the raw attributes he requires and knows he will make them better players. See also Burgess. I've said it before but what a revelation he has been! KM has bought out those early midfielder attributes to make him an almost ideal defender for his system. COYB.
Rather odd that Leicester gave Hirst a new 3 year contract last summer on £18k a week, but I suppose that's the usual Premier League excess of stockpiling players just in case they come good.

Struck me as odd at the time really. I suppose it's small beer wages wise to a Premier League club, but there's next to no chance he'll end up playing at that level or ever going for big money.
Such a shame Ladapo lacks a good footballing brain. Just after coming on there was a 4 on 3 situation where he takes a shot from an angle where he will maybe convert 2% the time. If he finds the right pass we probably score 20% the time. Surprised his decision making has not improved since the new manager arrived.

The movement and runs that Hirst makes are far superior to Ladapo's. Freddie is more a reaction player.
