Email issues 06:41 - Jul 19 with 852 views

Hi
Anyone an I.T tech?
I use outlook live for my emails at work,and all had been fine until Friday.
I can't receive mail now(can still send)
I havent changed any settings and no rules set or any firewall blocks.
Causing me grief now-any ideas,as impossible to get hold of Microsoft!

I think outlook has cut its storage limit. Try deleting loads of emails. Or try signing out and in again.

EDIT: I've just noticed you mention Outlook live which appears to be a free account. Perhaps upgrading to Microsoft 365 would solve the problem.
