Nobody mentions the saves Ruddy made, Chaplins chip, the shot he managed to luckily get his toe on to push it round the post. A corner (?) which he patted down in the box and fortunately fell to one of their defenders, even their biased pundit said it was extremely lucky and you get the breaks when you are playing with intensity.
Yes we didn’t play as good as we have become used to witnessing. We have high expectations but I think their first goal was lucky. |  |
