Sounds like more scrimping by the government which ultimately costs more. Surely the hit to the NHS for people becoming ill, and the cost to the economy of people being off work is going to be more than 45 quid per person (and you’d think with the purchasing power of the NHS they could source the jabs for much less).

There are loads of things they could do to take pressure off the NHS but that would involve sharing some of the wealth so that's off the table.
