Despite the discrete winks, knowing looks and subdued moments between ourselves, the Coventry fans probably knew who we were.

But respect to each and everyone of you, in showing restraint and respect when emotion could have got the better of us all. Once the home fans had gone we were allowed to join in the fun, stewards were happy and the police long gone.
