How would McKenna's backroom staff be perceived at Chelsea/ United? 18:26 - May 23 with 641 viewsBellevue_Blue

Given the power being wielded in both boardrooms, it would be fascinating to know how the Chelsea/ United hierarchies view our current backroom staff and if offered either job, how many Kieran would be allowed to bring over & how many he would be forced to work with.

They've all been brilliant for us but given Charlie Turnbull & Lee Grant are still 2/3 years into their senior coaching careers and Rene Gilmartin only 5, that would be an equally large leap with the calibre of world-class player at either club!

Don't get me wrong though, they definitely deserve the chance after these past two years.

Can imagine both sets of fans wouldn’t be happy with Lee Grant as an attacking coach, he’ll do well to have a whole club completely bought into everything as he’s had here.
