Given the power being wielded in both boardrooms, it would be fascinating to know how the Chelsea/ United hierarchies view our current backroom staff and if offered either job, how many Kieran would be allowed to bring over & how many he would be forced to work with.
They've all been brilliant for us but given Charlie Turnbull & Lee Grant are still 2/3 years into their senior coaching careers and Rene Gilmartin only 5, that would be an equally large leap with the calibre of world-class player at either club!
Don't get me wrong though, they definitely deserve the chance after these past two years. |  | | |  |

Can imagine both sets of fans wouldn’t be happy with Lee Grant as an attacking coach, he’ll do well to have a whole club completely bought into everything as he’s had here. |  |
