If McKenna proves his worth and keeps us up AND - gets us in the top half of the table next year then i think we should stick with him else we should go for someone with a lot more premiership experience, a track record of success at this level and possibly a track record of winning international honours. Lets face it we're not in the prem to make up the numbers and finishing 4th from bottom is only a moron's target right ? we need to march on to a minimum top 4 finish with 3 years. - KM has done ok but proved nothing at the level we find ourselves in and I suggest we get rid of him at the end of the season if we don't like where we end up - he's ok as a stepping stone for now - he'll do and we can put up with him - but asap we show signs of relegation material - then you can pop of to Utd KM
