My flight to China has been delayed on the first leg, meaning I will miss the connection.
The next connection is not for another 2 days, meaning I will miss my hotel booking and also pre-planned excursions.
Etihad are not being helpful and my insurance say I must get a refund from the carrier and they can't help me.
I wonder if anyone knows if I am entitled to a full refund in this scenario please? I know they will try and wiggle out of it so hoping to have some ammunition.
I am trying to push for a flight the night before but seems to be sold out their side.
