With the comments earlier about Villa likely to enter the fray due to the matching clause they entered into the contract when they sold Philogene a year ago I am not expecting anything about the BBC report to be better informed than Phil's latest news, and for there to be no movement until late tomorrow when the matching clause is thought to expire.

Interesting/good point about Villa's matching clause, maybe explains at least some of the uncertainty & delays.
