Honeymoon period over? Our worst year yet with Umbro… 00:08 - Aug 11 with 4455 views | Matt_Netherlands | Am I the only one who thinks our kit and training range from Umbro this year is the worst of their three years? (Yeah yeah I’ve found something to moan about / comment on blah blah….) I’m a big fan of the home shirt and the away one might grow on me, but I don’t rate the third kit and the benchwear we’ve seen so far doesn’t seem brilliant at all, especially the lava lamp warm up top today. Fair assessment or am I being harsh?

Honeymoon period over? Our worst year yet with Umbro… on 07:59 - Aug 12 by ReusersTown | You can't really have a nod to a colour though is my problem with it and also think it would look better if it was actually Suffolk pink as it is more muted. |
A softer pink like the seafront houses at Aldeburgh would’ve been more fitting and looked a bit classier. I think there’s just too much going on with the third kit…. The abrasive colour, the skyline and the sound waves… just a bit overwhelming which makes it look cheap, compared to the crispness of the home kit. Just my opinion though!

Honeymoon period over? Our worst year yet with Umbro… on 08:12 - Aug 11 by BloomBlue | Nope. The pink third kit I think is one of the best kits ever, especially the nod to the suffolk pink colour. Feel a few men don't like it because it's pink and and not manly enough. I also like the home kit. Where as I'm not a fan of the away kit, but I think that's more about the fact I associate the orange kit with the amazing promotion from last season and feel the club should have kept that kit for this season. |
This might be a bit of a stretch: “ Feel a few men don't like it because it's pink and and not manly enough.” Shall we go back to bright orange again so men can relate to it being hi-vis clothing worn by labourers and real manly men?
