When I listened to Ed Schwartz at the end of last season, it was clear how ambitious the owners are. They are really delivering on the promises. Just consider the international pedigree we have and are in the process of trying to get (whether we get Cajuste and Broja over the line remains to be seen, but you cannot fault the ambition)
Muric - full Kosovo international
Phillips - full England international
Cajuste - Full Sweden international
Morsy - Full Egypt international (new call-up coming?)
Hutchinson - Full Jamaica International
Burns - Full Wales international
Broadhead - Full Wales international
Broja - Full Albania international
Szmodics - Full Eire international
Burgess - Full Australia international
Not to mention the U21s such as Delap, Slicker, etc.
This is not a club aiming to just survive, this club are playing to really compete. Can't wait to be inside PR tomorrow. Bring it on.

When Gamechanger first bought us and ghd Americans were speaking to the fan base I posted on here that they were ultimately aiming for the Champions League. The level of investment, calibre of staff, infrastructure and players being brought in makes me feel even more that, that is the target level Famechanger see for this club.
Aim high.... We are. Let others laugh and poo poo that. And underestimate us at their peril, in fact, I hope they do underestimate us. |  |

I think it goes beyond being competitive and if anything McKenna's brilliance has skewed things a bit. I think the plan was for 3 years in the Championship, build a premier league capable squad there, by moving on some of the developed players like Broadhead, Hirst, possibly even Davis.
But we achieved 2 or 3 years early, so the plan will have been reset. This ownership group will be aiming for Europe in 3-4 years.
Bringing in the likes of Marc Lasry and Travis Viola is a massive statement of intent, and their experience will be huge for us.
