A £70k a year bill for a chip shop??! Really? Even at the £700 a year per employee she claims, that would require 100 employees, all working full time!
Of course, the cost of the increase is about 850 per employee IF they are on about 30k a year plus. Wonder how many servers in a chip shop fit that bracket.... Someone on minimum wage will be much less. And much less than the 700 a year she claims.
She then says she wont be able to give youngsters sumemr jobs- again utter blx. They would have to earng 5k to even cross the NI threshold, which most on summer jobs wont do. In fact its a reason to employ more of them not fewer.
