Old habits die hard. 08:24 - Nov 7 with 1473 views

I know this has been mentioned. I am slowly realising that I am becoming a bit of a dinosaur. Town now being in the Premier League has made me reflect.

Without a doubt I thoroughly enjoyed the euphoria of the last two seasons. Especially the four games - Bolton Away, Peterborough Away, Derby Away and an epic night in Barnsley.

I have been reflecting and I think I much preferred life when all football games kicked off at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The results at 5pm. The run to the newsagent to grab a copy of the green 'un or the pink 'un depending where I was living at the time.

It already feels like an eternity since last Saturday, it feel like an eternity to this Sunday.

Then behold another international break.

Let me be the first to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year & remind us all that there is no football on Boxing day. Yo-ho-ho.
