For some time TWTD has been running really slowly on Chrome, causing my MacBook to overheat. It's the only website I've come across that has this problem, works fine on Safari and even Brave.

While you’re troubleshooting Gav, the pop-up ads are back, obscuring almost the entire screen again. Hitting refresh a couple of times sometime clears it. (Safari, iPhone, logged in)

Yeah. Same for me. I've got 256GB of ram and it slows my Chrome down to a crawl.
