It's good that the club offer this facility. I don't think many others do, but couldn't they be a bit more eloquent?
"Please note - Any returns for this fixture must be returned back to us in person, prior to 12 noon on Friday, 24 January in order for us to be able to honour a full refund on this fixture."
Its not a very elegant piece of prose is it? "Returned back?" "Fixture" appearing twice in the same sentence. "Returns/returned."
"Please note - Any returned tickets for this fixture must be delivered to us in person, prior to 12 noon on Friday, 24 January for a full refund "
