Just got back from the physio.... 14:03 - Jan 24 with 578 views

...you know those videos of people going into to see a physio or chiropractor unable to walk or move and coming out skipping about like a new born lamb. And you think bullsh*t.

Well, that was me today! Literally not been able to move my head due to neck issues, less than an 1/8th movement side to side.

I've walked out of there with over 3/4 movement and soooo much less pain! I'll be honest, I had tears in my eyes during the treatment (joint movement etc.) but it's worth it!

Unreal!!!!
