Tho it was usually delivered very early, before everybody had gone out - if there wasn't a housewife at home all day (often looking after pre-school age children). |  |

If we had loads of milk left at home I took some into school instead of squash at times. That can't have been great but was probably better than sandwiches made of sh1t white bread and rubbish ham or cheese. |  |

It still is delivered to my doorstep. Although our milky obviously doesn’t like early mornings, so he drops us off just after midnight. Fine in the winter, but in the summer it’s warm milk on me cornflakes  |  |
