Hillbilly Vance has a very narrow view of the world. Open minded? Empty minded more like. He strikes me as the kind of person that’d bore you to tears in moments. Arrogant, boorish and limited in every way.

I doubt he knows what free speech is. He certainly doesn’t know what curtesy and good manners are or even how to choreograph bullying without looking like a ham actor.
