It's been mentioned before that we've got nowhere near the right levels of gamesmanship for this level. I thought KP yesterday was a prime example.

The incident in the first half where he either damaged his boot or hurt his toe, and tried to stay on the pitch to have it seen to. It baffled me as to why, when the referee was urging him to get off the pitch, he didn't just decide that he'd hurt his ankle as well, couldn't walk/stand, and go to ground.
