To a big Town and Ipswich Wanderers fan… they started off on Thursday morning walking from Ipswich Wanderers ground to head to Cambridge City for today’s match. Yesterday was a tough day for them, so would be brilliant if anyone can give them a boost to help push them on today towards their goal. The initial target has been smashed, but would be great to see that go up even more as it’s all for St Elizabeth Hospice. (Gary and Dan have funded their two overnight stops and food/drink along the way themselves, so that everything raised will be going to the charity)
A good luck message for a great effort so far… on 08:27 - Apr 5 by hoppy
Just £35 short of the £2k mark now. Brilliant effort for a very good cause.
Just to give a shout out.. they made it to Cambridge City ok - an incredible effort and one that Gary said he wouldn’t want to do again, but his brother would’ve been so proud of him for doing it. (Ipswich Wanderers even managed a rare win for him after his efforts!)
The current total raised stands at £2475
If anyone feels they could donate anything at all, they would be grateful and an already awesome amount could look even better for St Elizabeth Hospice.
