The game is awful but quite enjoying the weirdness of Newport’s ground. One strangely long stand that still doesn’t cover the full length of the pitch. One end completely empty but some terracing set way back from the pitch. Uncovered Away end of seats. Terraced houses visible in the background. Jack’s Snack Bar. Proper football. (And still they have an electronic scoreboard that’s bigger than ours)
