Encouraging that we'd been tracking Matusiwa for quite some time. The data dashboard filter might not have been set to "UK" only as much as has been portrayed.

Clearly loads to do and we need the scouting networks in place to build relationships, etc. Will be interesting to see if we get a 'Head of Recruitment' in place to help grow the capability or whether that continues to sit under whoever replaces Gary Probert.
