Anyone got any hacks? Particularly savoury snacks. I don't have a sweet tooth but I do like a mid afternoon snack.

I've been eating a lot of mushrooms lately (not those ones), fried up with garlic and chili, no need for oil. Need a bit of variety though.

My dad gave me an excellent recipe which will keep in the fridge for days.

Cook up some fusilli pasta, add low fat feta cheese, diced cucumber, piccolo or cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion (I marinade the onions in a pinch of sugar and apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes to remove the acidity)

It's a great option if you have the afternoon munchies. Lots of flavour, filling and low in fat and sugar.
