Putting it like that, I wonder if there has been some tension between the remnants of the old leadership group and new? Especially if the new group were direct replacements (see O'Shea and Woolfenden).

In some ways it makes sense - get rid of the old guard etc.
I know on paper this looks like a better squad, but it just feels sad and wrong to me.
