An interesting way of looking at it. What about on a player by player basis (including those loaned out and loans in) with their closest replacement. Not all replacements are like for like but most map pretty well. Delap - Azon (downgrade but was always going to be) Hutchinson - Walle Egeli (Big potential, but arguably a downgrade based on current ability) Broadhead - Akpom (Fairly similar I would say - Akpom potentially more positional versatile) Burgess - Kipre (About equal) Tuanzebe - Young (Equal based on bringing much needed experience, set piece ability but a short term fix) Wolf - Furlong (A tough one to call, on paper you could say slight downgrade but adds leadership) Muric - Button (Not sure how to compare this one) Ogbene - McAteer (Not got the pace, but age on his side to improve and potential value upside) Morsy - Matusiwa (Big upgrade for longevity and energy, however loses a few points for loss of leasdership credentials) Luongo - Canuste (Love mass, but huge upgrade) Chaplin - Nunez (An upgrade but Caplin knows the system to a T) Harness - not really replaced as didn’t feature last year [Post edited 1 Sep 21:43]
