It’s Droogs Frankfurt (formed in 1999) that use it there. There’s other groups around Europe that also use the Adicts/Clockwork Orange imagery - Lyon 1950, Juve Droogs, Ultras Rapid off the top of my head, and seen Tokyo Verdy in Japan use it recently too.
