Waited a long long time to see us beat them live 14:51 - Oct 5 with 529 viewsThe_Romford_Blue

5 Portman road games. 3 trips to their manor. 16 years.

The only thing they had left is done. So bl00dy happy. Am going to spend the rest of the day in Ipswich now taking it all in.

Can confirm staying in Ipswich was a good decision.

Some pub Thomas Morley? Has a singer doing plenty of singalong sings. Everyone up screaming. Feel like a Suffolk boy. The missus might not be pleased when I stagger in tonight but it’s worth it.

Some club. I’m lucky to have chosen Ipswich. All cos of a sodding liking for tractors as a 3 year old. Whor have thought 24 years later I’d be Ipswich through and through.

Buzzing with today. Absolutely buzzing. They’ve nothing now. Nodge have nothing at all. The streak was the last thing they had left.

I’m so happy

Enjoy Rommy!

I somehow fluked seeing us beat then 5:0 in my first derby and thought it would always be that easy.

You never forget your first live derby win.

I remember walking back to Norwich Station with you after the 1-1 draw where Bart fkd it at the end in such frustration. That was the one we really should have won.

So, very glad you, me, and everybody else got to enjoy this one. Up the Town.
