This is all going round in circles and avoiding the problem…
lack of squad/team ethos, naive tactics and poor management. |
Team ethos issue is part of the issue I’ve addressed in the selection - plus I’d be looking at getting H.Clarke, W.Burns and C.Chaplin back in the group as soon as possible.
