I don't think that's going too far is it? That really was dreadful. I lost count of the number of crosses into the box we conceded, and after their flurry of corners second half one was bound to go in, it was more or less inevitable. As much as we need to stop conceding poor goals (every goal is labelled a poor goal by the way, especially in this league) I really struggle with the idea that our defence is the problem. Our attack has to do so much more. Whether that's from the wing backs, the midfield, the wingers or the main striker - they all have to do better. Nunez needs to start every game in my opinion, as long as it doesn't risk injury (it probably does sadly). He's the only real wild card. It was his ball over the top to Davis that created the chance for the goal tonight. Azon might as well have not been there tonight, sorry to say as he seems a good character. Hirst can at least win a flick on and be physical. I could ramble on about what's wrong, but it's pointless. The point is, something isn't right and something needs to change. It's not the manager, so let's stop all that carry on. But something needs to change. McKenna has seemingly acknowledged how bad it was (I've only read the headline at time of posting), which is good. Performances can't go on like this, can they? [Post edited 2 Dec 23:30]
