Fair play to him, he's lost some amount of weight.

Poll: Lambert goes, would you prefer an ex-Town connection replacement or not?

It is all about managing the side effects. Finding that drinking loads of water every day is helping.

I've always struggled tending to fluctuate for no apparent reason, while never being happy at any weigh particularly. I haven't tried any of the new products though I have found over recent years that hydration can really help with managing hunger and cravings - so maybe it could help once you stop the Mounjaro as well. Really good luck and best wishes to you man.

Your point about hydration is a good one. Many's the time I feel like a snack, often far too late in the day, then tell myself to have a drink (of water). Only problem is, more often than not I think of that after having eaten the snack!

Thanks. 23lbs in 2 months is a good start.

Oh man, that is amazing. I think some people believe its an easy wonderdrug, a magic fix but its still very hard work. It must feel exciting and I hope it's really liberating - the day to day must be so much easier. Impressed.

:-) no mate. One of them was a mistake though

Steve Evans took so much abuse because of his weight on here and in the wider football community.

Now he loses the weight.

Still gets abuse on TWTD regardless of how that may make members of our community feel who might be struggling with the same problem.

I mean, I compared him to someone who's in remarkable shape for someone of the same age and is almost invariably topless as a result, and looks a bit facially similar in that photo to the degree I genuinely had to look twice, but sure, chuck your downvotes around based on your worst-faith interpretations of lighthearted comments.
