Utterly disgusting comment by Bluewhiteboy on the comments. We've worked so bloody hard for equal opportunities to play a game that we all love. These kinds of moronic comments are so demoralising.
Nobody would question boys academy development.
Women's football is one of the fastest developing sports in the UK.
Sad that I'm one of very few defending the women's team, though.
They are absolutely giving their all in a league that is far too superior than our investment can manage this time around.
What kind of supporter would call their club a waste of money? This is effectively what some would like to accuse the investment into the women's game as.
How many fans would turn around and say, we've spent £100m + on the men's team. Utter waste. Why continue to invest?
