Attended the Hive today to watch Barnet. Mr Slicker had a mixed afternoon. Made a fantastic save in the second half, but he needed to having been caught out by the ‘striker hides behind keeper, keeper throws ball on the ground to pass it out, striker nips in a scores’ manoeuvre.
Distribution was ok, but not spectacular, and there were some good blocks etc. Not really seeing a future premier league keeper yet, but goalies hit their peak later than outfielders so wouldn’t be making a hasty decision on him just yet |  |
