Calls from supposedly German mobile networks, anyone else getting these? 10:37 - Jan 30 with 762 views

I keep getting calls which appear to come from German mobile numbers, always a different number/network. I assume they're some kind of scam and/or spoofed numbers as I don't think I know that many people from Germany.

Anyone else getting these?
