So slow, ponderous and no urgency. We look nervous at the back and the forwards look so rusty. Just a typical Ipswich performance this season. McKenna seems to have no idea how to break low blocks. He ought to have a plan by now, he has had plenty of teams do it to us now.

The answer has often been Philogene. We do need some more intensity and pace about our play second half.

Poll: Ok gut feeling then, promotion?

Intensity is the word. I’m not expert, maybe it’s all by design but I don’t understand the lack of it. Trotting over for set pieces etc, it’s all a bit limp.

I’d quite like to see someone shout at the ref occasionally

A lot of intensity. I don’t know what he tells them at the start of a game, but nearly every week this season we have been so ponderous, almost scared to go full tilt.

I don't agree that we look that nervous at the back. Always going to be vulnerable to a lucky break when we are committing bodies forward though.
