Just saw highlights of today’s game. Nice touch, range of passing and vision. Looks like a steal at £3m and under KM coaching will hopefully get better. Like a lot of fans I thought not getting a striker in this transfer window was a mistake, but if he plays with Azon, Hirst, or Akpom, I’m sure he will create chances for them to score so maybe another striker wasn’t necessary after all? But the strikers must take their chances. I have more confidence in Azon and Akpom than I do in Hirst atm. He just doesn’t look that confident in front of goal. Wes has come back and keeping Sindre out of the starting X1. When Philogene and Nunez return, McAteer, Johnson, and Sindre are at risk of not making the bench. Can’t see Young getting another game unless we have an injury crisis. If we had managed to sign the lad from Millwall, I have no idea where KM would play them all! |  |
