If there is one and it’s a big if, then is the fact it’s at 7am a clue? Different time zones?
If Lambert doesn’t fancy it, there are others who will!
at 18:26 3 Aug 2019
Personally Lambert is starting to get on my tits. He should have kept Town up last season as he had enough time and games to do it but he ultimately failed. Judge managers on their results and his were poor. He’s done a very good PR job deflecting any blame for relegation to PH or ME. He’s saying the fans are brilliant but deserve better. Yes we do deserve better, a better manager. Instead of being positive going into first game of season, he has decided its time to criticise ME and the way the club is run. This is a man who is in last chance saloon as far as his management career is concerned in the English game. If he doesn’t succeed here then it’s India or China next!
Let’s stop blowing smoke up his arse. With this squad he should get automatic promotion or in play offs as a minimum. He got given an opportunity by ME and he needs to stop living on the past glory of getting Norwich into PL as that was years ago and he’s done very little since. He isn’t the messiah he’s just another journeyman manager who it appears like many others that are either on or heading for scrap heap. The majority of fans are behind him, I want him to get Town promoted but I fear he is another one whose arrogantly thinks he deserves better than Ipswich. Sadly he’s deluded.

Bound to be linked with him, passed his best and couldn’t hit a barn door from 3 feet!
50/60% wages cuts are really affecting the players!
at 18:26 28 Apr 2019
Jackson, Edwards and Nolan have all bought brand new Mercedes Benz e class coupes from a well known independent dealership in Ipswich this month, clearly these wages cuts are going to have a dramatic effect on their quality of life and we should all feel very sorry for them because MM Says so...right f@@k off. If I took a 50% pay cut I’d have to run around in an old banger not a brand new Mercedes. There hardly on the breadline, I don’t see any of them down the local food bank next season because they can’t afford to put food on the table or have to use newspaper to wipe their arses with because they can’t afford loo roll.
should have just kept faith in hurst
at 13:55 13 Apr 2019
What was the point of getting rid of hurst due to poor results and replace him with a manager whose record is worse. Lambert wouldn’t have been my choice to replace hurst and I am one who believes he could and should have kept ipswich in the championship. We was in a similar position when MM took over and he kept us up. PL is just as experienced and frankly should have done better than he has done. Im not sure even if PL had replaced MM instead of PH in the summer that we wouldnt still be heading for league one. He can moan about a squad not being good enough, and about what happened pre season but the brilliant PR job that he’s done in blaming everybody else but himself has blinded people from the real truth which is that he is just not a very good manager and hasn’t been for a long while. He goes on about playing in Germany and getting Norwich up etc but he’s living on past glories, if you look at his recent managerial record, tbh it’s appalling for someone with his experience. I hope for the fans sake as well as PL that he hits the ground running from the very first game of next season otherwise he will find himself yet again out of a job in the UK and plying his trade in India or China. It’s a joke that’s the Scottish FA or the owners of Celtic would consider hiring him imho they could do better. I will support town next season as I do believe with the young players we have coming through it is the dawn of a new era but I’m just not sure PL is the man to lead town out of the darkness. Hate if you want but if you’re gonna go for an ex nodger as manager then Steve Bruce would have been my choice.
