Preparation etc same as ever, impossible not to know it's a big game, but we've had a few of them this season. Same plans for another 12.30 KO. Going to be wonderful atmos, third time in four years, not lost on us these are special times.
Don't add to any of the hype, players will hear the additional noise around it. How you deal with that, once you go into warm-up they know what they have to do. In a match plenty can happen and have to be ready to deal with that. Important to deliver performance, that's what we focus on. | | | |

Ashley Young has been incredible, storied career, what he's achieved speaks for itself. Another motivation to give him a good send-off. Has been fantastic for us all season, a lesson for our players to see how the really top players train, keep themselves, no one competes more in training. No younger 40-year-ods, mixes with the younger players. Unfortunate with the hip injury which has meant he missed the last few months, but has been at every away game, in the dressing room beforehand, pushing the boys in training. The injury he came back from, few would have come back from it, many would have called it a day. Went through all the rehab to train with us in the last five or six weeks. Players and coaches talking today about how good he was in training today. | | | |

Parties need to meet on next step. Biggest deciding factor will be what he wants. That will be up to Wes to discuss with the club.
