He's not been especially prolific in a league where the bottom half would struggle in L1. But there is chatter in the Netherlands questioning why a bigger/better club has not snapped him up yet. A friend of a friend is a Fortuna fan so I've asked their view.

He said "Yes", which required a bit more questioning but essentially he thinks he could make it in the Premier League. Interesting.
