As far as KM is concerned it depends on what colour spec you put on.
If for instance you take his record on our last visit to the Premier League you would say it was abject failure.
But if you take three promotions in four seasons and then take the view that we came up with a midfield consisting of two players in the twilight of their careers and a loan that was trying to revive his career. A GK that failed miserably, a centre forward that was expected to do it on his own. A winger in Burns who got a serious injury and two players in Davis and Hutchinson who's performances were way down on the previous season and players like Ali as your backup then you are in big trouble.
Take that into consideration and it turns your view of KM not being successful on it's head.
Personally I still believe KM has it all to prove. Not that I in any way would query his ability.
But if I were an owner of another Premier League club I would want to see Ipswich survive a season in the Premier league before going after him and besides being totally selfish I want him to stay.
