Just read on Sky that no compensation due if KM takes a job after 12 months and the 7 mill reduces pro-rata over that 12 months. While I thank KM for the past 5 years i do wonder if this is a ploy to maximise his chances of getting a mid/low prem manager job when one comes up next season, who may otherwise have been put off by the compensation.
